Hello and happy holidays to everyone! In response to the constant requests I receive for recommendations on books, movies and music, I have compiled a list of my favorites below. I was led to all of these items by my spiritual guides who always recommend high-energy, healing and very informative (and unusual) things which really upgrade my energy. Sometimes I will need some wonderful calming healing music such as Aoeliah, 2002 or Hisham…while other days I will need the more activating, uplifting music of Steps, Steve McDonald, Xanadu, ABBA or Sarah Brightman. When I am in the mood for good read, I will pick up books like Phantoms Afoot, The Camino, Voyagers or The Secret of Shamballa, just to name a few. And when I am in the mood for good movie (well, I am always up for a movie!), I enjoy all types of films such as the spiritual comedy Last Holiday, the mystical, captivating drama The Illusionist or Red Violin and the awesome 10-hour ‘history’ of Earth documentary, The Legend of Atlantis among many others.

Also, I have listed some TV DVD collections for all of you who are interested in accelerating your growth at home. Televised series such as The 4400, Battlestar Galactica, Survivor Man and Prehistoric Park are absolutely amazing. These and others are highly recommended by the Celestial Hierarchy rather than watching regular television, as the infiltrative signals and commercials always break up and scatter the energy transmissions. In addition, one thing to keep in mind while watching each series is that it is important to watch two or three episodes in a row, without distraction, whenever possible. This helps to connect you with the higher transmitting signal for an extended period, which allows you to experience a quick mental, emotional and spiritual expansion and upgrade. Make no mistake, even though some of my guides’ recommendations may be a bit controversial to some, they are absolutely, positively just the things that you may need to help shift challenging internal issues and give you new perspectives.
